Siphiwe Mnguni (b.1991) is a British – Zimbabwean painter and photographer, born and based in South– East London. 
Working across various mediums to explore the black female nude and under - represented people through abstract figuration and addressing its place in contemporary culture. Drawing inspiration from her dual cultural identities and lived experiences, Mnguni’s intention is to switch the brain off and let the subconscious / muscle memory take over.
